Daku Atsu, unlike how his peers are represented, doesn't have any form of social anxiety or anything like that. He's really just quiet, and despite often being I'm social areas, he just picks a corner and reads while others chit-chat around him.

Kokuma is someone that doesn't stick around him, but he wishes she would. Due to there being a concerning amount of proof that she's being abused, she isn't coming out with anything.

Daku is very serious about her admitting to this due to his sister having been through something similar. He was raised by his older sister, who had a boyfriend. Over time, that boyfriend began to abuse her, and instead of seeking help, she just took out all her frustration and anger on Daku. Ever since Daku moved in with another family member, she's since cut ties with their family, and she hasn't heard from him since. Daku considers Kokuma a good friend and would hate if what happened with his sister happened to her.

Saki, for a time, was an enigma to Daku. At some point, she started visiting his club and asking him questions. Soon after that, she began bringing him sweets in all sorts of interesting shapes- most of them in Occult symbols. And somehow, along the line, he started dating her. If you asked him how they met, he wouldn't be able to place the exact day due to how often their interactions blended together in his mind. Regardless, he's happy that Saki is now a part of his life, and hopes that he can live up to what she deserves in a boyfriend.
