Being successful as a fitness instructor can be defined in so many ways. For me it’s seeing the same people coming to class each week, excited to be there, AND always bringing friends and family to class. Do you know how many people convinced their moms/daughters/brothers/roommates/friends to come to my classes this semester?? Thank you for being so supportive of my classes, it means the world to me to have a community of people here in Halifax so invested in me both as a fitness instructor and PhD candidate.
