OOC: Oi.

Alright, I am going to have to take a longer hiatus than I thought. I am seriously, seriously not in control of my life right now, and I desperately need to get things locked down, taken care of, and truthfully, a very, very large amount of unfinished business finished.

And I can't do that glued to a computer screen.

But I will be checking in, I promise all of you that; I will be online, via Trillian/yahoo messenger mostly daily, and everyone can contact me here, on my yahoo, or via text message/calling. I just...I really, really need to get my shit together.

I love you all! And no worries, I'm still alive down here in Tornado alley; we got lucky this time. Whether that'll be the same the next...well...we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. In the meantime, full hiatus from roleplays/casual roleplaying/lurking/the works. Focus on straightening up my living situation, my life, my weight problems, and my health issues. And sleep.

My old superior would call me that when I rolled out of bed.” As he listened, he grinned a little and tweaked the younger man’s nose, just a touch. “Hey now, smiles are good…and I’ll admit, I don’t know a lot of books. As for me…blue, burritos, and the Kama Sutra.” He looked particularly proud at that. “Favorite…animal, season, weather?”

The Kama Sutra was something that apparently crossed WORLDS in its existence, and the mention of it warmed Reks’ face slightly. More-so at the tweak to his nose. The smile on his face grew as well, and he pressed in closer to the much taller male. “Animal? I’m not sure. Chocobos, maybe? Or dogs. I am fond of dogs. Season I’d say spring, because that’s when flowers bloom, especially Galbana lilies. and I like it when it rains, because it doesn’t do much of that back home at all. Not when you live in a desert.”

He grins and snuggles up to the smaller man, nuzzling his neck and shoulder as he peppers his pale skin with soft kisses. "Well, I always did get called a puppy by my mentor in SOLDIER...I agree with you on spring, though. My hometown was really only pretty in spring, otherwise it was always kinda dry and harsh, alternating between way too damn hot and way too damn cold. Galbana lilies...they sound pretty. And rain...I like rain. There's something cleansing about when the sky weeps..." He pulled the blankets closer around them both, and pressed a kiss to Reks's forehead. "I think I like you, Reks."
