*Hunter walks in and sees Darius' dead body and begins to freak out and fall to his knees crying* "DARIUS... I I WASN'T THERE TO PROTECT YOU.. I AM TOO LATE... AND NOW YOUR GONE..." *he is crying a lot*

"W-who is gonna be my mentor now..." *crying continues* "y-you were the best dad... Better than anyone.. Best mentor... Best teacher ... Best everything!!"

Darius looked over to Hunter the moment he heard the teenager’s voice, honestly, he wished he could wrap the teenager in a hug.

“It’s not your fault, Hunter.”

“Darius, he can’t hear you.” Darius turned around once again, hearing the voice of his long dead mentor, his eyebrows furrowing in thought before looking over Hunter.

They smiled, placing their hands onto his injuries. A soft golden glow emitting from their hands as his injuries vanished and instead...became theirs to carry.

"...There you go...don't worry about me. I'm just glad that you will get better...you really should be more careful. "

They floated close to Hunters face "I was promised that I'd get to play with you, and while the one that made that promise turned out to be... A backstabber-" a small giggle "I don't think you'd be too, right?"

*Darius was told Hunter was in the infirmary and wanted to see him, but Darius didnt know what happened to him until he got in the room and saw Hunter with bandages on his eyes, Hunter was laying in the bed before Darius, and had no idea Darius walked in*

Darius frowned and his eyebrows furrowed as he looked over Hunter, quickly noticing the bandages. He took a moment to steady his breathing, the abomination witch practically ran to the infirmary, he didn’t even have his typical abomination bun on his head.

“Little prince?” Darius took the moment to step closer to the bed, trying to see if there were any more injuries on Hunter’s body.

Luz kept her hand to her mouth the moment she actually saw…whoever that was supposed to be ‘cause it did not look like her brother. She felt her claws digging into her cheeks as she looked up at the star being, squinting a bit to try and see more of the details.

The cursed teenager’s eyes only diverted from Hunter to try and see if she could find King.

Damn the dimness of Belos’ lab, and damn Belos for getting them all in this mess.

“Hunter?” Luz used her hands to feel around the area while making a soft whistle-like noise, trying to find anything she could use, though the cursed teenager didn’t have any items in mind.

"D-DARIS!!" *he ran toward his mentor covered i blood and looking like he was in a fight and he dropped the knife in his hand*

Darius' eyes widened the moment that he saw Hunter covered in blood, quickly noticing the other injuries on the boy and drawing conclusions on his own.

"Prince, what happened?" Darius was visibly concerned, quickly moving closer to Hunter to try and examine him further.

*Hunter stumbled into darius' room and as soon as he walked in he fell over unto the floor, he noticed his mentor/father figure was still asleep and he smirked and yelled loudly to wake him up he was pretty loopy right now*

Darius shot up, quickly trying to catch his breath as his heart raced before turning to Hunter. He was close to shouting out the time, however the abomination witch stopped himself once he noticed Hunter’s state.

“Prince, are you alright?” Darius muttered groggily, trying to wake himself up.
