When Poe and Rey capture General Hux for the Resistance, they're sure they've already accomplished the difficult part, only to crash land on a deserted planet in the Outer Rim while on their way back to the Resistance. None of them are prepared for the situation they find themselves in, or for the way it may force them to reevaluate how they see each other.

Mostly, none of them were ready to be stuck in one small freighter together.

when or if I started shipping it: I’ve shipped the pairs (poe/rey poe/hux and hux/rey) from the start, so it was pretty obvious to ship them as an OT3my thoughts: [insert fire emoji] I actually... don’t have many (if any at all) canon thoughts on them, I think most of my ideas are AUs.What makes me happy about them: their potential dynamic in non canon scenarios. they’re all so different from each other, they would have a very fun, sometimes tense chemistry. And I think sometimes that Poe might be too nice to tamp down Hux’s assholish, extreme, mood-swingy, nature, and Rey is so frank and honest, she’d be the one to be more blunt about it. What makes me sad about them: everything that is canon. Ha! For real tho,  Hux is a difficult character to ship realistically in canon for me because of his who/what/when/where/why’s. So anything in canon would likely be quite sticky and angsty with a side order of guilt, murder and compromise of personal morals and unequal relationships. I do love angst tho...Things done in fanfic that annoys me: I’ve never actually seen any posted fanfic for the three of them! Things I look for in fanfic: I wish there was some...My kinks:  anything within reason that’s safe, sane and consensual. Also voyeurism and light D/s. Ok hard D/s. With Rey as a dom, Directing Poe. Who in turn dom’s Hux. Who loves being their subby sub sub. 😂😂Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: gosh... well... Finn/Rey, Rey/Rose, Ben/Poe, Poe/Rose, or Kylo/Hux. (cruse of the multi-shipper)My happily ever after for them:  I’d love to see them in an equal well rounded fair polyamorous relationship with no damning secrets or love triangle behavior. Everything shared and open with no favoritism or cheating/sneaking around. Also, any AU where Hux isn’t/doesn't get the chance to be a mass murderer so Rey and Poe don’t have to write a how to guide on coping with your poly boyfriend being a psycho. (I’m picturing that initial throuple therapy session and... yikes.) Generic asshole with daddy issues will do me fine. :P

Hello There!™ (again) I don't really /hate/ tlj but I see what you mean. They kinda destroyed a lot of potential characters but is still have my hopes high for episode 9 (like the naiv optimist I am). I've found your fanfic and fell in love with the ship. So I'll probably create some fanart (and tag you of course because I love your fic).

i have high hopes for episode 9 too! i love the costumes so far, they look ‘right’ and i want my babies back :)

ah, yes, the fanfic - truth to be told i actually finished it and then my laptop died, i had no back up and tlj was icing on the cake - maybe one day i’ll actually get my shit together and write it again - which i would like to. it’s still my favorite work, and i’d like to see it finished just for my sanity’s sake :))

but oh my gosh, i’ll never say no to art and creating art for fanfic is the greatest compliment any writer could ever ask. i’m super honored and YES PLEASE TAG ME!

but if you want to know how it would go? in chapter 4 we would finally see a little bit of finnlo, there would be a huge damerey scene and we would learn that hux knows what polyamory. now there would be a sex scene, which i was never sure if it should’ve been part of ch4 or ch5 and ‘in the bed’ epilogue ;)

Hello There!™ You still interested in the Damereyux ship? :D

i paused when i read this because my innitial rection was “OF COURSE” but than i realized that i haven’t posted anything damereyux related for a while, reasons go as follow:

1) it is the rarest of rare ships, it’s a damn unicorn, there is like 0 content2) the last jedi was garbage and it sucked an kind of enthusiasm about star wars out of me, i hate that with passion and the thing is, it took away what i loved about rey and hux. the director, whom i won’t name (he is troll, you never know when he appears), turned the meanest biggest coolest ginger asshole in galaxy into caricature and it wasn’t just that, he managed for me to lose respect for rey as character in the moment she turned on luke.  - it would be easy to say, just ignore it if you don’t like it, but sadly my brain doesn’t work like that, i can’t unsee it.

which leads me to answer to your question: i am interested in damereyux, gingerpilot, damerey and potentially reyux, but right at this moment, as much as i love oscar, domhnall and daisy, i’m not able to make content for characters i’m waiting to be fixed. and i hope they will be fixed. i’m pretty sure the moment jj will deliver good episode 9, with characters that actually act, ya know, in character, i’ll be back on the train with the pomp.

(now that being said, i’m not opposed of reblogging content, they still have the faces i like to see and if there is a fic where they don’t act like different poeple, send it my way!)
