Given how deep Ironwood is sinking to (and that I personally don't believe we'll be done with him as a villain until at least the end of Vol 9, end of the Vacuo Arc at the latest) I am terrified of what he would do with Silver eyed warriors
Now it's a little unclear right now whether Ironwood knows if silver eyed warriors are a thing, he hasn't said anything about it, but that could easily be explained by him not really having them as an option prior
What if (per my own guesses for how the rest of V8 will go down) after the bomb inevitably fails, what drives Salem off, and actually does some real damage she can't easily heal from is Ruby?
Not a too far off guess, Ruby is our main character after all
Ironwood would absolutely try to weaponize SEWs
And this is especially important in context to the Hound
As we have already established, Ironwood is sinking to new depths and even being directly called out as becoming just as dangerous as Salem is
And he believes adopting Salem's methods, her supposed "inhumanity", is the key to defeating her
So what if, in a contrast to Salem's "biological" use of the SEWs, Ironwood does something similar with SEWs, and in fitting with Ironwood's love for getting rid of that "weak human stuff" he cybernetically augments them, making them more like himself, attempting to purge their humanity and make cyborg super soldiers with natural weapons against Grimm
