Hmmm how I can pretty much stay calm most of the time.. my sis told me when she injured herself how I didn’t panic at all and immediately tried to comfort all the people around THAT’S THE KIND OF PERSON I STRIVE TO BE. twisting my ankle! THAT HURT LIKE HELL

like I’ve been in a few accidents but so far nothing beats twisting my ankle. I’ve twisted the same one so many times (like three) over the years omg it fucking hurts

you’re just walking or jumping or whatever and suddenly you land horribly on your ankle and it feels like nothing exists in that moment but your ankle and the fucking pain. You can’t move for a little bit while grimacing REALLY hard and then you can’t feel anything and you’re like, maybe I’m okay?? and you try to walk AND NOPE YOU CAN’T FUCKING WALK MOTHERFUCKER sucks to be you
