Lemon thyme porkchops, Parmesan risotto, and some garlic Parmesan peas

I was invited by proxy to the Superbowl party I went to, so I thought I ought to bring something good to make a good impression on the host. I found two good recipes, an avocado/cream cheese crab dip and just "roll a log of goat cheese in dill." I thought I'd make them both, in case the host didn't like or was allergic to shellfish. She wasn't. But she was allergic to cheese. :/
