Typically, a cartel is a group of “producers” who supply, um, certain party favors, at a cost of course. Fortunately for us, we don’t have to pay to enjoy this next track from a production crew from Washington named Dance Cartel, and the “favors” they’re offering up are utterly enthralling, in a more sonic sense.
