Louis is probable supposed to be an allegory for transness but I already trans my favorite characters so I'm taking him at canon face value comes off as therianism because wow theres a whole chapter called "I am a Feline". We want more therian rep, that boy takes steps toward looking more lion-like.
Free is trans because he's got a chest tattoo to take attention away from his top surgery scars and puts his hair up like elvis. And because im transing my favorite character again.
Anyway they help each other with their feline testosterone shots and kiss about it, or whatever
