“Whoa, whoa, whoa-whoa, whoa-” In the back of his mind, he could hear the others telling him he was being rude, but he really just was pretty interested. Walking over, he looked at the guy’s ears. Long pretty hair topped with two...Cat ears?

“That’s cool...” he marveled, taking a step back to observe him completely. Tilting his head to one side, and then the other, he continued talking.

“If there’s supposed to be like a...A separation line or something I definitely can’t see it! You did a great job! Or, whoa, maybe they’re made of hair?”

“...So ... where exactly are you taking me?” Kurama was absolutely baffled by the other’s sudden request to visit this place. If it weren’t for the fact that the other had a promise to show him something special, he wouldn’t have taken him up on the offer. Come to think of it, Kurama hadn’t seen Hiei in quite a while. Usually, he’d at least see Hiei once in a day. Whether that be him sleeping in a tree, Hiei telling Kurama about the new things he had found on the island, and so on. But these days? It seemed quiet, too quiet. Kurama couldn’t help but feel like something was wrong. Was the ‘special something’ Hiei by any chance? Nah, maybe it wasn’t. He didn’t think Kogi would be the type to randomly kidnap someone out of the blue nor spy on the both of them. But then again... He didn’t know much about the snow-haired kitsune outside of a few conversations. For now, he’ll just keep quiet and observe. Whoa that person had some really nice hair. “Um.... Excuse me! You wouldn’t happen to know where any of the shops are, do you?” He asked. He wanted to get some spare clothes and maybe some sodas.

Adjustment to his new environment has been a rocky road ( both literally and metaphorically ) for Zan. Without the assistance or company of those considered dear to him, the days have been long, difficult and worst of all...lonely. Though hopes of reuniting with loved ones had not dampened, for everyday he was out, searching, questioning his fellow island dwellers to no avail, appearance becoming progressively more dishevelled as his quest dragged on. 

Almost at the end of his tither for the day, he’d taken seating atop a pile of wreckage, ankles swollen from treading such jagged paths in inappropriate footwear. He slips one boot off and leans over to rub sorely at the affected area, distracted, but not enough that he doesn’t catch wind of rubble and stones clinking together as they’re disrupted by other footsteps,

🐺- A memory about being alone

Far from the white walls and clear windows. Rodyr had his hand on his wrist tightly, and though just a child, Azrael could easily pull himself away. Possibly bring the adult man down with him. 

These small trips were strange. Parks and places for children to play in were rare–and they never visited the same one twice. Not at the very least without a very large gap of time between. 

Enough that he never saw the same faces. Enough that he couldn’t remember any names. Enough that he couldn’t really see the point anymore of these outings. He broke something every time he was there. 

He’s not reluctant at all to leave. When it’s time, it’s time. 

He’ll only wonder if what he broke will be fixed again. If he ever comes back.
