New Super in Town
@dance-with-the-shadows : The masked girl leaned against the ledge of the roof of the hotel, gazing up at the stars above, a soft smile on her painted lips at the sight of the full moon. Her bright blue hair almost glowed under the starlight. Oracle was new to the city, even newer to the super scene. But tonight? Tonight no trouble was to be caused. She was just admiring the view, and letting the cool breeze steal her worries away. - The changeling soared through the night sky as a green owl, enjoying the fresh air as he took in the sights of the city. As he flew near the hotel, he spotted the masked girl. Was she a new hero? A new villain? A cosplayer? Curious, he fluttered down to the other side of the roof and returned to human form. Not wanting to startle her off the roof with his sudden appearance, he cleared his throat from a safe distance away, trying to get her attention.
