A sigh of relief toyed behind her lips, his expression change gave her hope. He let go of her hair and she almost smiled. The moment was short lived when she felt her neck grabbed and she found herself moving very suddenly. The wall behind her knocking the air from her lungs violently, leaving her breathless and gasping. How was he so strong?
Pulling a thin breath into her desperate throat, she felt his tongue run along her cheek. She jerked, swinging her legs in an attempt to kick him. “B-back up!” she wheezed, followed by a sharp coughing fit. Defending herself was a harder task when deprived of air. Anzu gave him a glare, hoping to prove she wouldn’t back down, even if frightened and hurt.
His eyes were dancing with delight... watching her like this was like a feast. It brought him so much joy to just toy with her like a cat with a little mouse. He had been able to predict her reactions... but that didn’t make him enjoy them any less.
His hand opened up a little... he didn’t want to strangle her... that would be far too easy and boring. Seemingly not even caring as he was kicked at, his hand finally opened and grabbed the jaw area of her face with an oh so wide smirk. “But who will make me?” He whispered and on the contrary, leaned even closer into her, so close she could soon feel the words he spoke against her ear.
“There are no friends around to rescue you... and nobody to care for you... I hate to break this down to you... but defiance is a sign of pride not of strength...” He grinned. “Especially when you can’t flee... and believe me... your chances or fleeing without me approving of it... are lower than zero...”
He hummed. “Now, now... where does that leave us.. what a predicament.” Biting the shell of her ear, he sucked on it lightly as if he did this as a nervous habit while thinking... his closeness would probably be all too disturbing.
