🖌️ ARTFIGHT 2025 🦴 TEAM FOSSILS

For the event, I made alternate versions of my 'sonas to use for my icon and my profile! Fossils as a theme ended up REALLY speaking to me, and I thought it would be fun to imagine an alternate universe where Dandy and Halo ran an educational show together.

I'm ALREADY looking forward to next year!!! Thank you everyone who gave me such a warm welcome to the site, everyone I interacted with was just so kind and inspiring. I truly recommend giving the fight a chance if you’ve never done it before!

🌞 DANDY HARMONY 2.0 🌞 & ☀️ HALO THE SUNDOG ☀️

My SONA has technically multiplied since I’ve shown him last! I’ve always found it hard to make characters exist by themselves, and that included my own guy.

All of which meant, especially in anticipation for Art Fight (you can find my profile here), it was time to update his reference sheet!

Dandy was once the sun on a children’s show, but hasn’t been able to make it back into the creative industry. Halo is a (living) puppet created by Dandy for a failed project that never went anywhere, and now just lives with him and bothers him all the time. Together, they create the Lord Harmony act, whenever they can make it to a stage!

DANDY HARMONY; AKA LORD HARMONY!

I've always wanted a little guy to represent me because I hate drawing myself, so. Here's that little guy! I like to imagine Dandy was the sun in the background of an old show before he grew legs and left. Additional notes and outfit breakdown under the cut!

Lord Harmony is a stage name, so he's not the lord of anything. He's named after Paul Williams, it's his character in Princess Diaries 2.

He can wear different outfits obviously, but I imagine specifically his glasses can change based on the emotion (crying makes the glasses shape into storm clouds for example).

Dandy can also go full flame-on.

He's a silly goofy guy, living life to the fullest always.

He has horns because he's partially inspired by the Red Oni/Blue Oni trope. I'm currently designing his counterpart so you know, you'll see that eventually! I also hope it helps Dandy stand out from other sunhead characters, it's a bit of a popular thing nowadays.
