So Nancy can drive in a foreign country at night while talking on her cell phone/mobile, without any problems, (the crash occurs after she stops talking to Ned), but if she forgets to wear her helmet while riding her bike this happens. 

Oh and she only crashes if she doesn’t wear her helmet.  Doesn’t she take the same route both ways?  I mean, the helmet would protect her, but makes it seem as if not wearing a helmet causes crashes.
