Two of Ashton's roommates, Jerome and Daniel:

Jerome was actually inspired by the lead singer of Love, Arthur Lee. Jerome plays like, 14 different instruments that everyone wants to touch. He fucking looooves the evolution of music, animals, and instruments so much. He got a theremin for Christmas once as a kid and squealed as high pitch as the theremin

Daniel is a very well versed poet, seems a bit quiet, and keeps to himself, but surprises everyone with the occasional dirty joke :] he and Smith have a tabletop game club they run together where Daniel brings all the fun, weird foreign board games to

And Cletus is one of my older ocs-- He's an ex Vietnam wartime deserter (fragged his officer) and satanist from the 70s. He grew up in Texas and lives his life on the road!

Does Ashton have a best friend or does her prefer to be a loner? I love his purple glasses :3

He does! Shockingly! He's tentatively friends with everyone in his dinky, little frat house... They'll do things together as a group, play games, cook, hang out around town... It makes Ashton feel all warm and fuzzy

Although Ashton may follow his own schedule and does whatever he wants, whenever he wants-- sometimes that includes Spencer (whether Spencer really wants to or not).

Spencer is kind of a self-regretting pushover, which makes him the perfect friend and accomplice for Ashton :)

OF COURSE

Smith is originally from Monroe, Michigan. He was rejected from the Art College of his choice in Detroit (but who wants to draw cars anyway!!!!). Before that, he studied at Wayne State for a bit before deciding he wanted to get into art and changed electives. Designing cars isn't his strong suit. He'd rather draw the things that no one cares about! He has an extensive collection of comic books and humorous art from across the decades. He's outgoing, Midwestern Polite, and dabbles in electronics :) if they made Wendy Carlos posters back then, he'd so have one in his room.

Daniel is from Flushing Ohio. He also thinks it's funny. He's always been sort of shy and observant. Even as a child, he would collect all these observations in his mind to write about. Reflective and philosophical, but also a bit silly. Almost the perfect man. He doesn't talk a lot, but he has a lot to say. It's why he likes strategy games so much! He may get a bit of a rise out of having a battle of wits with his fratmates from time-to-time, too. Spencer has lost...1...2...3... maybe 13 chess games against him.
