I found Yoga God @ Radiantly Alive with Daniel Aaron

For super fussy yoga students like me, most teachers don't quite get full marks. That was until I did Daniel Aaron’s Vinyasa flow class at Radiantly Alive in Ubud. He just killed it. 10 out of 10 for this guy ! 

Daniel guided us through the most amazing sequence, full of iconic yoga posses and yet threw a few unexpected jewels in along the way. The sequences were long and windy, and I felt like my mind and body were climbing up a curvy mountain road, picking up intensity along the way. 

Daniel spoke about the No complaint challenge which made me commit to going 21 consecutive days without complaining. Anytime i complain, we start again with day 1.

The Radiantly Alive building is very beautiful and from the yoga shalas you have a view of trees and jungle. But it also feels more urban than the yoga barn.  It’s a smaller studio compared to the Yoga Barn, which means you don’t have such a huge selection of classes but you get a more intimate atmosphere and you might see the same people more often than not.

I also got the impression from the classes I visited that most students are quite advanced and there was a real community feel with lots of local expats hanging out at the studio and getting into their down dog
