Incorrect Reggie as things Owen Joyner said; 3rd Installment
Reggie: *falls over*
Reggie: *grabs Luke’s hat and puts it on*
Reggie: *stumbles whilst unfolding a chair*
Reggie: *almost falls again sitting in chair*
Alex, Luke and Julie:
Reggie: anyways-
——
Reggie showing Julie where he used to live: and this log here is where I used to come get away from my parents fighting
Reggie: ‘cause they had *dabs* marital issues *dabs again*
Julie: Reggie are you okay
Reggie:
Julie:
Reggie: -so anyways, that tree there is where I used to go for a Coke, or have a good cry
——
(This one isn’t Reggie as Owen but it’s Reggie as Danielle so close enough)
Alex: this is my epipen which I have in case I have an allergic reaction
Reggie: okay so what do I do if you stop breathing?
Alex: stab it into my leg *pats thigh*
Reggie: I don’t- bleugh *pulls face* I don’t wanna
Alex: oh so you’re not gonna do it because it grosses you out? You’re just gonna let me die?
Reggie: I guess
——
Am I paraphrasing so it fits contextually? Yes, but it’s finnneeee
The First instalment | The Second Installment
Claressa Shields vs Danielle Perkins is a go for February 2nd.
Shields is a 2x Olympic gold medalist, 4 division champion and arguably the greatest woman to ever box.
Danielle Perkins is a former amateur world champion who has had a stop and go pro career from the sheer lack of opponents available for her to fight.
They will be fighting for the undisputed heavyweight championship.
Danielle Perkins (USA) Vs. Yang Xiaoli (China) - World Championships 2019 81kg+ Final
I've seen a bit of confusion as to why Claressa Shields (15-0) is fighting Danielle Perkins (3-0). While Perkins is in fact 42 years old and only 3-0 as a pro, she's also the most accomplished and battle tested heavyweight out there at the moment. Says a lot about the heavyweight division but Perkins is still a former amateur world champion at the weight class.
Perkins will finally get a chance at a world title when she faces off with Shields for the undisputed heavyweight championship this Sunday (Feb. 2) on DAZN.
Shields having one of her strongest performances thus far against Perkins who is outgunned. I think she’s waiting around too much for the perfect shot. Keep taking the small stuff. Otherwise, she’s clearly out ahead.
Danielle Perkins vs Monika Harrison
Former AIBA world championships gold medalist Danielle Perkins (3-0) has been on the shelf for the better part of 3 years. Such is the curse of being a heavyweight in the women's divisions. But there is a heavyweight champion out there in Lani Daniels, so maybe that fight is off in the distance.
Perkins will face Timea Nagy (3-2) of Hungary this Friday (March 1) in El Paso, Texas.
Hanna Gabriels vs. Danielle Perkins is probably the most interested I’ve been in a women’s heavyweight title fight in boxing
