me watching the last scene of the last episode of extraordinary you, knowing that i'll never get closure

While re-watching Episode 12 I noticed smth, the amulet’s thread in ‘Flower’ was light green, but in ‘Secret’ it’s black/dark red. It is of that colour in 'Secret', because it has Dan Oh’s blood on it.. she had it on her when she was stabbed & the thread got soaked in her blood. That’s why Haru’s scar hurt when he first held it in the trip episode.

We now know for certain that Haru was the one to bury the box there with the amulet in it, after Dan Oh died.. I might have to go back and rewatch the episode with the trip, but I'm pretty sure that the place he buried it at, was her home/her quarters.

Before re-watching Episode 12, I just thought that the discoloration of the amulet was due to time, due to it being old.. it only clicked when I re-watched this episode last night, that it was actually like that because of Dan Oh's blood..

you know what i love about about haru? that the very first thing he did when he finally gained his self-awareness back was to apologize to danoh because he was not himself and has been treating her indifferently. he didn’t even make any excuses when he could literally do so and it would be a valid excuse.

he’s just so sincere and i love that about him.

baek kyung need to take notes on how to sincerely apologize to someone for your past shitty behaviour even if it was not under your control.
