Random thoughts and silly questions I have while watching "Genie, Make a Wish" (Yes, I'm slow and still on Episode 10, lol): How accurate are the historical parts of this drama and was the path to Goryeo really blocked centuries ago? Now I'm curious about the Silk Road or Spice Routes, lol. If Persian traders were able to go to ancient China and the Chinese had ties with the people of Goryeo, what does the drama mean by saying that the path is blocked? Why is it so hard for past!Ka-young to return from the Middle East to Goryeo? I'm genuinely nosy and if anyone has the answers, please feel free to let me know, hehe!
