I don't know if you care about pairing, but the first thing that came to mind was get-stiles's Isaac/Danny piece, Come Sail Away. I mean, it has the tag "splishy-splashy." It's freaking adorable.
"More power than anything waiting in the dark" by LolaFeist is a bit angsty, hurt/comfort-y, but it's still pretty sweet. "Into me (See?)" is adorable skittles fluff. pocketlass published a really friggin' adorable scerek one-shot earlier this week with Ace!Derek that totally fits the bill, too: "Is it Cool if I Hold Your Hand?"
I don't read a lot of non-smutty fic, so I hope that gets you started love!

Isaac tilted his head back against the tile of the bathroom wall. He had both arms wrapped around Danny protectively, the warm water of the tub they were lapped up against them, smoothing out kinks in his muscles from the the little bit of excitement they had, had a couple minutes before.
It had been at least a week or two when the both of them had started dating, and ever since then, Isaac hadn't given the other man the liberty of sleeping alone, or even showering solo either. Not that Danny ever complained, he seemed more than happy for the company. Isaac leaned forward, pressing a kiss to the crook of his neck before chuckling. "You sure you're not sick of me?" He grumbled into his skin teasingly.
