1. Hing’s takeaway, sticky pork ribs
2. Assortment of squash and winter melon, that became some broths, and mash
3. Tong Yuen at New Fortune Cookie (Queensway), glutinous rice balls stuffed with black sesame and sugar, in ginger water
4. Hong Kong ‘dan tat’ egg tarts with shortbread pastry, made by Bryan for nye potluck at George’s
