A question for your angel and demon dad universe? How does the angel and demon guardian program works exactly?
It’s a program that seeks to create peace between the Blessed and Cursed. It was proposed the higher ups of both worlds to deal with souls that had untimely ends.
Essentially one angel and one demon are assigned to help a mortal soul find guidance and live a fulfilling life. Most angels and demons don’t join the program since they either enjoy their afterlife or refuse to work alongside each other.
Walter and Dante joined in the hopes to tie up loose ends back on Earth, not knowing who the other would be. They also don’t recognize each other due to how disorienting it is being in the afterlife.
How does the portals to monster world works?
They are often hidden from human eyes and look normal, inconspicuous. They can either be a forest of trees, a cave, a blocked off road or a dead end alleyway. The point is that only monsters/supernatural creatures can pass through them.
In the past, Walter and Dante could not pass through since they were humans but now since they are an angel and demon, they can enter that world.
The reason why Jackson found one and entered it is because he, unknowingly, has some sort of monster lineage that is powerful enough to register him as a monster.
