Someone told me I @danyelewilson was a "psycho" for finishing my 2.5 workout with 8 rounds of this circuit and I told them that was the best compliment I've gotten in a while. 😈 That just reaffirms the fact that I'm actually out here WORKING, going the extra mile and grinding for what I want. That comment low key lit a fire under me lol. 🔥 One thing I've learned, to be extraordinary in and out of the gym, you first have to be willing to do the EXTRA work. If you have extraordinary goals you must have an extraordinary work ethic because success isn't going to come to the hungry when there's people out there STARVING. 💯 If you're not seeing the results you want to see, be honest with yourself and evaluate how hard you are actually working. What are you doing everyday to reach those extraordinary goals? And CAN YOU DO MORE? It won't be easy, because it never is but I @danyelewilson promise you it will be worth it, athletes. And the feeling you'll get when you finally reach your goal... THAT will be EXTRAORDINARY. 🌟 . Give this circuit a try, athletes - it's KILLER! ☠️ Start with 3 deadlifts, 3 squat cleans, 3 push presses, 3 back squat jumps, 3 OH squats, 4 front lunges (use a heavy band and start with heavier weight - drop set as needed), I started at 125lbs and ended at 65lbs. Then go straight into the banded box jump drummers on the ropes for 30 seconds. 8 ROUNDS! ✌🏽 .
