Gently, he said, You don’t have to love me now; but you can start, little by little and pay me back in installments.

And when you tire of hurting from the pain I wreaked; I hope she loves you well.

There were different tastes with love. The first taste was in your mouth and it hit me hard with longing as you nibbled away at every insecurity; pulling me in heavy and crushing till it intoxicated my soul. The second taste was in your chest hitting me like the first punch you taste when you down alcohol for the first time leaving that burning feeling to find itself in my chest as it surges through parts of my body like lightning. The third taste was the one that tore me to shreds and took me home. I fell into pieces I couldn't even find. Breathless and undiscovered till you landed between my thighs. All your hard and soft edges melted into mine.

I hope you know that the heart you wear is special. One day you’ll meet someone who recognizes that the heart you wear so casually inside your chest is far too beautiful to let anyone do anything else but stay.
