Does anyone else with adhd have trouble “recognizing” themself? Like, I have a mirror in my room that I pass whenever I walk out, and every time I feel like I look different than I did last time.

I can’t tell if everything is boring because I can’t focus on anything, or if I can’t focus on anything because everything is boring.

Something I just noticed is that when I’m unmedicated, listening to my favorite songs very very loudly helps me focus on boring assignments. But with Adderall, music like that just distracts me and makes it harder to focus. Does anyone know why that happens? it seems like the opposite should be true lmao

Everyone should go get Shinigami Eyes, it’s an chrome extension that highlights the usernames of gross anti-trans people in red and pro-trans people’s in green. Of course not everyone’s name has a color, but it’s still very useful for staying away from people like that, as it can be hard to tell sometimes.
