B A L A N C E As winter and exam seasons dawns upon me again, I feel it’s only fitting to reiterate the importance of remembering to relax and kickback just as hard as you’re studying. You won’t be doing those around and yourself any favours by depriving yourself of sleep, relaxation, social interaction and exercise. This balance is crucial for the everyday living but, more especially during exams season, after all, it’s about the health body and the healthy mind. Gearing up for my last ever mid year exams in my undergrad degree, is a daunting and frightening task but have begun the mental and physical preparation, all that’s left is to push the last home stretch of this academic 400m. Wishing all those writing exams, the best of luck and strength❤️
