This novel may or may not mark the end of the series. Most of our characters find a certain kind of happiness, whilst a scam has fatal consequences. The mystery is well constructed and the pace remains brisk throughout the book; Adam and Rosalyn are two halves of a rather lucky apple, and this time Castelmaine and Clare also play a part in the story.
Con questo romanzo, potrebbe o non potrebbe concludersi questa serie. La maggior parte dei nostri personaggi raggiunge un certo tipo di felicitá e nel frattempo una truffa ha delle conseguenze mortali. Il giallo é ben costruito e il ritmo resta parecchio alto per tutto il libro, Adam e Rosalyn sono le due metá di una mela piuttosto fortunata e stavolta anche Castelmaine e Clare hanno un ruolo nella storia.
