Cello'ing at the Grocery on Home tonight with one of my favorite GA musicians, Dare Dukes. We'll be playing this song as well as many others.
This is certainly one of my favorite bands right now.
The guy behind Dare Dukes is this older guy who tried to make it writing song in NYC but never got inspired. Then he met some lady, married and moved to Savannah Georgia where the wierdness must have triggered something and he's got a cool collection of songs released earlier this year. I also recommend "Simon Says" and the title track on this album should you just be looking for stuff to cherry pick.
If you like the Decemberists (especially the older stuff), then this song might be for you.
