Did a double yesterday, but got done too late and had too much to do to post.  So it was 10 miles in late morning before work, then 7 miles after work.  Had intended to do a single long run in the morning, but got hit with unexpected rain that fell hard (only to let up when I got home).  Got chilly in the wet clothes in the cold rain, so decided to cut it short and finish after work.  The rain remained in the form of showers during the evening run.  It was a miserable day to run.

...So tonight’s 14 miler, though tired, was comparably calm and uneventful.  Even, daresay, ‘easy.’
