When Adam breaks out of hell he isn't the same person he was when he was thrown in. He starts his revenge plan against his brothers, and the plan starts with an angel. He prays to no angel in particular but hopefully someone who knows the Winchesters. He prays for help, says he's hurt and Samandriel appears. Adam puts him in a collar that only he can remove and wont break under an angel's strength. He tortures him. When he's broken he has him lead the way to his brothers. "Alfie!" "Hes mine now"
