Day 13: Warming (NaruSaku)

As a medical professional, Sakura was familiar with the theory of chakra addiction. It was why nurses and medics were rotated so often; it was all too easy to get hooked on the feel of another’s life force.

The first time was during the war. They didn’t think anything of it. Didn’t think. Naruto was sharing chakra with everyone. The thrum of Kurama’s chakra when it hit the stored energy of her Byakugou was stronger than adrenaline heightened by the thrill of the battle. They didn’t think.

The second time, they were drunk. Too drunk. The heat that coursed through her veins was alcohol first, and then Naruto lost control and she was on fire. They fucked in the alley behind the bar. Sakura lost her jacket, but the snowfall didn’t seem to bother her as much as it did earlier that evening.

By the third time, she had an inkling of a thought that they might have a problem on their hands. Naruto’s eyes flashed red when they saw her. She could practically see Kurama’s chakra bleeding, reaching for her. She swallowed and turned on her heel, headed back to her apartment before they did something they regretted in public.

He caught up to her quickly and flashed them both straight into her bedroom, holding her flush against his chest with his nose buried in her hair.

“Let me feel it, Sakura-chan.”

The hot tendrils of Kurama’s chakra tickled the seal on her forehead. She shouldn’t. She really shouldn’t.

“Naruto—”

“It’s not just him, Sakura.” The voice that came from her teammate’s throat was deeper, more primal.

She shuddered against him. “Kurama.”

“You cannot deny us for long, vixen. You want to feel it as much as we want to feel you.”

Her resolve was weakening. It was never strong to begin with.

A consenting nod was all it took; she was on the bed with her ass in the air before she could blink, Naruto’s hands pushing her skirt up and her shorts down, baring her to him. Sakura’s eyes were squeezed shut, whimpers spilling from her lips as his chakra lit every up every node his fingers passed over.

The heat was overwhelming. She could feel the telltale trail of sweat dripping down her temple as Kurama forced more of himself into her. At the same time, Naruto pushed two fingers inside her pulsing core and licked the salt from the divots at the small of her back. She knew what she had to do to put the fire out.

Sakura reached back and wrapped a hand around Naruto’s wrist, climbing on top of him as he fell to the mattress. The room glowed red, then white as Sakura released her Byakugou seal and impaled herself on Naruto’s length. She felt him watching her, Kurama’s eyes mirrored in her mind as they moved in tandem, their hands pressing bruises into her hips.

Chakra addiction was a serious affliction. Good thing she wasn’t the one that was addicted.

so last night I read “Insanity” by Sadistic One - Rated E for GRAPHIC MURDER, College AU, Multi-chapter, Ongoing. The smell of his cologne and slight musk was the first thing that caught Hyuga Hinata's attention. She eventually found out that smell belonged to a young man named Uzumaki Naruto. Ever since that encounter, she couldn't stop following him and watching his every move. She needed to know who he hanged out with, his hobbies likes and dislikes. She even transferred to his school to study him more closely. But as those months went on, she discovered Naruto was not who he portrayed to be to his peers, but a cold-blooded murderer. Is this enough to put a stop to Hinata's obsession or will it draw her closer to her own insanity?

and I GOT NO SLEEP.  I stayed up all nighttttt 😭  finished 11 chapters at like 6 in the morning.

Naruto is a SERIAL KILLER, like NEARLY ALL OF THE MURDERS ARE ON-SCREEN, the reader watches him do each one 😱  To compare to “I want you to cry” by Devahhole, Hinata’s not as crazy (yet...😫) and Naruto’s not nearly as sex-crazed considering that there’s no non-con/dub-con/weird voyeurism with Sasuke or Hinata/special panty presents, but who knows how dark the writer plans on taking this story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t wait for the next update 😱😱😱  Thank you for the recs, anon!  I’ll read “Tending to these barren plots” when I feel like dying, I guess.

Writer’s Month 2019 Day 10 [Dark AU-Naruto/Shikamaru]

Writer’s Month Day 10

Setting Prompt: Dark AU

Fandom: Naruto

Pairing: Naruto/Shikamaru  

Shikamaru smelt the blood and death before he saw it; Shikamaru crouched on a high tree branch and fought back the urge to vomit as he took in the scene below him.

Shikamaru set his hand on the tree trunk and used his other hand to cover his mouth and nose as his dark eyes took in the scattered and bloodied bodies and body parts on the dyed blood-red grass below.

“What the hell happened here?” Shikamaru whispered as he wiped his palms on the back of his pants and dropped down from the tree branch. He had been sent on a need-to-know solo mission to retrieve a scroll from the temple that was across the bloodied battlefield. He had been told he had to get that scroll at any cost, but Shikamaru had spent his travels here figuring out a peaceful way to get the scroll without spilling any blood.

Shikamaru went still and darted over to a nearby tree, hiding behind the trunk as he suppressed his Chakra. A figure was stepping out of the temple, the scroll that Shikamaru needed was being tucked into his jacket. Shikamaru edged a bit closer to the side of the trunk, needing to get a better look at the one who was clearly the one responsible for this massacre.

Shikamaru’s lips parted in a silent gasp when he got a clear look at the Shinobi. He was wearing a dulled orange and black shinobi outfit with a shock of familiar blond hair, but the whisker marks on his face were darker and his usually bright blue eyes were glowing orange and slitted like a feline. His pale skin was splattered with fresh and dried blood and his finger’s were still dripping crimson blood.

Shikamaru’s heart pounded in his chest as he tried to wrap his head around the fact that this was Naruto. Naruto, who he hadn’t seen in almost 3 years and Naruto, who was clearly the one who had killed all of these people to get that scroll.

Shikamaru’s hands were shaking and he tensed his body in order to silently jump back into the trees and flee. He knew how strong Naruto was before he left, but now, 3 years later? Shikamaru had no idea how he could fight Naruto, especially a Naruto who was now a cold-blooded killer.

“Shikamaru,” Naruto’s voice was deeper and it sent chills down Shikamaru’s spine as he spun around. Shikamaru gasped as a clawed and bloodied fingers curled around his throat and he found himself pinned against the tree trunk causing leaves to fall down around the two. The hand was firm, yet oddly enough Shikamaru knew it wouldn’t even leave bruises behind.

Shikamaru looked up into Naruto’s dark slitted eyes and inhaled sharply at the up-close view of the blond’s blood painted face. Shikamaru lifted one hand and settled it around Naruto’s wrist cautiously, but Naruto just tilted his head like he was waiting to see what Shikamaru would do next.

“Naruto, why?” Shikamaru whispered unable to speak any louder than that.

“You don’t need to fear me Shikamaru, never you.” Naruto crooned as he lifted his free hand up and dragged his blood-coated fingers over Shikamaru’s skin, painting the pale skin red.

“You are mine Shikamaru and no one takes what is mine.” Naruto’s voice took a darker tone and possessiveness emitted off the blond in waves. Shikamaru took a shaky breath, he knew he should be concerned, he should be plotting a way to get away but all he felt was safe and dare he say it… Loved?

Shikamaru instead closed his eyes and slumped against the trunk behind him. Naruto made a little noise and caressed Shikamaru’s face once more before hitting his neck in the correct spot to render the other unconscious and he caught the Nara’s limp form in his arms with ease.

“No one,” Naruto promised, ducking his face into Shikamaru’s dark hair, inhaling the scent that reminded him of home and the only bright spots in his childhood. Naruto scooped the Nara into his arms bridal style and without a look at the dead bodies in his wake the blond took off, disappearing into the forest without leaving a trace of either of them behind.

Arrogant Naruto - surprisingly, I could only think of one good story...

1. "March - Fanfic/Fanart Inspo” from “Still Falling For You” by @chloelapomme​ - Hinata and Naruto are pirates!  Rated T. Complete.

Bastard Naruto - The following three stories showcase my different interpretations of a “bastard” Naruto.

1. Of course, the must-read is “I want you to cry” by Devahhole.  High school au.  This is the craziest Naruto ever.  Hinata is nuts, too.  Rated E for all kinds of things under a black sun, including murder and character death.  Heed all the tags.  Incomplete.

2. “A Love Never Seen” by HoneyWriter78 - High school au.  Hinata has a one-sided crush on Shikamaru, but little does she know, the moody Naruto has had his eyes set on her.  Rated E for..uh...basically lots of smutty non-con situations. Incomplete.

3. “Territorial” by @bunny-hoodlum - High school au.  When Hinata takes advantage of Naruto’s desperation for love, they’re both a little too much for the other to handle.  Rated M.  Complete.  (I personally love this angsty piece).

Cold Naruto - The following two stories start with him being cold and stand-offish, and he quickly changes into a relatively normal Naruto characterization.

1. “In a Demon’s Possession” by HoneyWriter78 - Demon au.  Hinata is taken prisoner by the demon lord Naruto.  Rated E for smut, and at the start there’s non-con. Incomplete.  (I love this one, too).

2. “Emperor and the Desert Rose” by pizzansushi - Demon au.  Imprisoned in a harem with no memories and with strong magical abilities, Hinata is assigned a mission to assassinate the emperor Naruto.  Rated E for lactation kink at the end. Incomplete.
