Work-in-progress of a little battie for Unlucky's Haunted House. :)
(watch with sound!) I tried some more tutorials and made my first seamless ambient loop from a recording I made in my backyard! I decided the funnest way to show it off would be alongside an old quick scene I made in Blender to show off some of the games art assets.
My first ever music album, I hope you will find it enjoyable! :)
You can purchase a copy of the album on my bandcamp page!
I am developing the soundtrack for my dev teams game "Unlucky", a platformer title about bad luck and cute kitties! The game is still under development but I was given permission to publish the soundtrack so here is volume 1! I plan to release more Unlucky music as it created.
A spooky tune for some of the haunted house levels! Making spooky music is a lot of fun.
Theme song for Foldy The Ladder. I wanted to make it sound goofy. I imagine him as being over-the-top grouchy like Mr. Resetti from Animal Crossing. :)
This was my first time making the melody of a track from scratch, and I'm very proud of how it came out! Once I tried out this Yamaha guitar sound (aka the Sega Genesis guitar), it reminded me of the title theme from Jurassic Park Rampage Edition, so I went for a hard metal/industrial style with that guitar pitched way down low. The end result also feels a bit like the Quake soundtrack to me. I was worried this might be a little TOO dark sounding for Unlucky but my boss loved it! :)

Level Goal and Score Screen music for Unlucky! I think I hit the "Mario" feel quite well on this one, with a little inspiration from Rayman too. :)
