Now that Ventress is canonically alive I need her to show up in the third Jedi game. Imagine Ventress and Merrin bonding and doing magic together after years of thinking there were no other nightsisters left. But then imagine Merrin finding out Ventress is the reason the Separatist attacked Dathomir and wiped out their people in the first place.

I need Ventress to see Cal using psychometry and be reminded of Quinlan Vos.

Now that I think about it, didn’t Quinlan Vos survive order 66 in canon but we don’t know what happened to him? Imagine a reunion of Quinlan and Ventress in the next game, their relationship paralleling Cal and Merrin.

If I we get to see these two nightsister x jedi power couples fight together to topple the empire I think my life will be complete.

All the Ventress girlies need to read these two books:

Dooku: Jedi Lost by Cavan Scott - This contains so many crucial details about Ventress’ backstory that we only get glimpses of in Clone Wars! For example Ventress never willingly sought out Dooku to be trained in the dark side like the show insinuates, instead she was taken against her will, and we learn a lot more about her Jedi master Ky Narec. The book is also obviously about Dooku’s backstory but that is also interesting, especially when you learn more about his relationship with Sifo-Dyas. Listen to the audiobook because it has sound effects, music and a full cast of voice actors!

Dark Disciple by Christie Golden - THE Ventress books based on unaired Clone Wars episodes. Ventress and Quinlan Vos team up to assassinate Dooku and shit hits the fan when they fall in love and both the dark side and the war gets in the way. One of my all time favorite Star Wars books and a must read! I’m also so happy that they stayed faithful to the book when Ventress was brought back in Tales of the Underworld because this story is so special and close to my heart. I cry every time I read it.
