how do you think Cross x Nightmare could work out ? ( I usually see them as a knight and prince myself ... )

There are much more possible dynamics here since Nightmare can be either corrupted or passive — for example, in the case if Cross had to protect him from Shattered... You know, for the sake of justice, balance and their brotherhood ♪

This took longer than i anticipated, oh welp- I hope you like the Dark KCRM art and hopefully Tumblr doesn't absolutely butcher the quality!!

Also didn't know what kind of artstyle i wanted to use, but used this one instead, less taxing i think? I was very indecisive whether to use warm tones or cold tones, but i went with the latter because it seemed to fit a bit, I also got tired so i didn't shade, sorry ( T v T*)...

if in dark kcrm Killer is on Shattered's side, but Cross's betrayal may still be fresh, wouldn't that leave Night almost alone? like, Cross can act as some sort of safe space all he wants, he's still betrayed them n stuff..

Under new circumstances, they would find themselves on the same side, and I'm sure that, even claimed as a traitor, Cross would still help Nightmare (no longer corrupted and therefore powerless) to defend him from S!Dream's cruelty (since it's not common sense that speaks in him but a thirst for revenge), and this would force them to push aside their previous squabbles and grievances ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

That's right! ★

Killer helps S!Dream not to fall into senseless cruelty towards his defenseless brother, since Cross alone wouldn't be able to support Nightmare and resist S!Dream.

Killer also keeps his "milord" in good shape with his competent "submission", cause thanks to this S!Dream is motivated to hold on confidently and doesn't want to lose face.

In other words, Killer stands on the "evil" side of this scale and holds this balance only for the sake of them all (ówò) If he openly spoke out for Cross & Night and against S!Dream, everything would be much worse for each of them...

UPD:

What I meant is, it's safer for Cross to choose to focus on Nightmare [defend] than to enter into an argument with S!Dream (like in Dark Cream) and risk both of them [attack] (úwù)

Lots of potential so it's up to you! (๑･̑◡･̑๑) Since it's dark killercreammare, their dynamics may range from a simple act of mercy on Cross' part towards his former boss to... well, let's not get ahead of ourselves ♪( ´▽｀)
