Okay not to to rude, but why don't you like ghost king Danny? I think it's a fun headcannon, and sure sometimes it's a hit and miss. But this is the first time I've seen someone not like ghost king danny.

Tbh, I prefer him to be a prince then a king.

It just feels like Danny is being forced to be something he doesn’t want instead of being a kid sometimes. A child king.

Not all fics are like this but sometimes he’s getting pressured to right a way take the crown before he becomes a legal adult. Why? So you can make him your puppet, Observants?

I feel a little better with fics that out right state he’s a prince that will one day be king when he is old enough and knowledgeable enough.

Danny was 14 years alive and barely even a year or so dead. He didn’t know ghost culture or anything about what it meant to be king for the ghost zone.

I don’t completely hate it, I’m just not interested in reading about ghost king Danny. Sometimes I do read fics that have it, but mostly if it’s not a big part of the fic and he isn’t being forced to do anything right a way.

Think about it, would you really trust a teenager to make laws and such? Maybe not that many ghosts would try to bat him out of the throne if they felt he was genuinely a good fic. Knowing enough about the way things works and was you know NOT BARELY A FEW MONTHS DEAD.

I know the know baby ghosts thing is fanon thing, after all you state the age you died if you weren’t a never born, but how long do you have to be dead to know as much about the zone to have common knowledge about it? What is the etiquette for things?

What’s the analogy? Out of the fire and into the frying pan?

Why did they have a king? What did he do? How did things work while he was asleep? How did him being asleep affect the zone? How did he become king and why did anyone follow him?

Was he a never born? Why was he so powerful if he wasn’t?

I don’t know.

Why is Danny, a barely dead teenager, so powerful?

Is how you died really a factor on how strong you are?

What does he know about politics because being king is means being a political leader?

If it’s just a title, why do some have an issue with Danny being king?

Why do in some fics they try not to tell him that he’s got a bid for the throne if it’s so important and they need him to wear the crown right now?

Why is it that this second time being shoved in the sarcophagus means he’s lost the crown? He was defeated the first time but was still king.

This…. Right of combat…. What are the exact rules? What counts? If he downed but could still fight? If he was granted mercy instead of struck with a final blow- if he’s just told to leave would he still have the crown?

Would it count if he strikes the back of the person that won? Who has the authority to deem him unworthy? Not all have honor or honor agreements.

If only those that have some degree of honor can be king, how is that enforced? Who can stop the king if he doesn’t follow his word?

Where did the ring of fire and the crown come from? How do they work?

IF THEY NEED A KING FOR THE ZONE TO FUNCTION THEN HOW DID IT FUNCTION WHILE HE WAS ASLEEP?

Let Danny live his life while he has a life! If he can age, then he can die naturally. Something like that.

Sorry if this was long, I just had a lot of thoughts.
