Если сравнивать его с MT Сансом, то можно сказать, что он диаметральная противоположность MT Сансу в плане характера. Злой, коварный, манипулятивный. Как будто в этом куске черной массы нет ничего святого. Очень умен, считайте MT Санс 2.0. Он всегда на шаг впереди, продумывая несколько вариантов своего плана. Создал огромную армию из одинаковых Кастомных Гастеров.

Создал команду, в которую входят одни из самых отбитых и наиболее потенциальных злодеев по его мнению. В команду входять Аудитор (Madness Combat), Экзектор (Sonic EXE/Sonic the Hedhog) и Чернильный демон Бэнди (из серии игр Bendy and the ink machine)
Темный Санс не скелет, он только имитирует скелета. Он полностью состоит из жидкоподобной концентрированной пустоты, поэтому он черный. Кроме того, из-за того, что он жидкий, у него есть некоторые особые способности, которые недоступны обычному скелету.

У Темного Санса есть зрачки в глазах, просто они одного цвета с глазом. Это нужно, чтобы дезориентировать противника, заставляя его гадать, куда он смотрит.
Темный Санс может съесть все что угодно. Буквально. Он может съесть уран и запить нефтью, а он добавки попросит (Это шутка, но вы уловили суть).
