Description:

- AN-999 is a black-and-white humanoid creature. Its skin seems to be mostly made of porcelain except its limbs. However, the creature seems to be unbreakable. The only clothing it’s seen wearing is a shawl covering its arms and upper torso. Its hands are made of an entirely different natural material, and the fingers are sharp. The anomaly can use them to tear through concrete and iron and can even damage task force armor severely. It also dons a white mask with a black smiling mouth, and fluffy ears. The ears, when black, show that it’s in a passive state. The ears can turn red to show aggression.

- It’s height is around 7 ft.

- The black substance is unknown.

- 999 moves via teleportation to the nearest area within 10 meters. It has been “walking” around in its cell since it got here, probably to keep itself busy. ("Same, dude." -Researcher A. Bush)

- It is a carnivorous creature, so its diet must contain meat, or anything it asks for.

- Despite being in a passive state it can still hunt.

- It speaks through telepathy, and usually a sign that it’s talking to someone is if you hear a high-pitched sound.

- It has also shown its ability to withstand fatal injuries ranging from gunshots to stab wounds and blunt force. Explosions and tanks can only slow it down or incapacitate it.

- Its common hunting methods are:

a. Aggressive Method: Black and dark red human arms with come out of its back, and it will use these arms to either shield itself or to grab its victim and keep them in place until it is destroyed.

b. Passive Method: It messes with the minds of its victims, making them hallucinate and think that they’re seeing a loved one. It uses that to find a weakness, and when it does, it will exploit it and manipulate you into doing whatever it wants. In most cases, the victim is forced to commit a murder-suicide, or just a suicide.

Initial sighting:

AN-999 was found in a warehouse by police, who received a 911 call.

Containment:

- Its cell is to be made of highly durable materials. It can do well without basic needs.

- A squad has been arranged to be able to guard and contain the anomaly. The squad has been designated the name, "The Masquerade".

The following is taken from an interrogation done by Dr. Saiku Bush on AN-999:

Dr. S. Bush: “Alright. I’m going to ask you some questions. You’re gonna have to cooperate. Understand?”

AN-999: […yes]

Dr. S. Bush: "Okay, let’s start."

Dr. S. Bush: "Firstly, is there a reason behind your strange nature?"

AN-999, slightly offended: [Is there a reason to call me strange?]

Dr. S. Bush: “…I’m sorry about that. Anyway, what I mean to ask is, why do you…hate humanity?”

AN-999: [Humans. I’ve seen them firsthand. They are cruel and heartless creatures who call themselves “the most advanced” on the planet.]

Dr. S. Bush: “Deep. Anyway, next question. Are you a robot, a human, or just someone of unknown origin? We still don’t understand your biology. “

AN-999: [I am anything and everything. I can be an AI or an organism.]

Dr. S. Bush: “‘Kay then! Last questions for today. What do you remember before ending up here?”

AN-999: […]

Not all desires can be fulfilled. Sometimes you shouldn’t give it what it wants. Instead, find a substitute food item if it demands an innocent human.

Do not remove the mask. It will not hesitate to eat you if you do so.
