“Knock? Me? Nope. Better than catchin’ ya shaven yer legs!” Lobo went to the window and closed the blinds. He peeked out of them and scanned the rest of the city. He eventually released the blinds and breathed a sigh of relief as he turned around. “Whew, looks like I lost em’.”

He marched over and sat down in a chair, stretching his arms behind his head. “Fraggin’ Lanterns can’t take a joke.” 

The alien glanced over at Raven. “...so...what’s up!? Been a while!” He laughed.

Was that!? It was! It had been a while. The man shot a web that headed straight for the women and perfectly latched itself around her so he could pull her right towards her and embrace her in a hug. “It’s good to see you! How have you been?”

How long had it been? Months? Something like that. Either way, Slade Wilson was not the type to keep close tabs on his children. At Joseph’s request he’d kept his distance, but now the mercenary found himself wanting to know where his son had been or what he had been up to. And who better to let him know this than Raven, his son’s significant other. 

“You know why I’m contacting you. No fighting, no traps. Believe it or not, this is a social call.”
