Brother’s Conflict AU with @darkness-hound

She gotta admit. It’s…oddly weird seeing him like this. Although she is used to having her eldest brother constantly stuck to her and pretty much watching over her 24/7, he is not normally this…touchy-feely.

Well…Shion doesn’t really mind her hugging him, since she’s been doing that when they were still kids. But he never actually initiates them. Nowadays he would just casually come up to her to just either hug her or lay his head on her lap. Sometimes it would escalate into something more…intimate.

But despite how OOC this makes him seem, Ruby's not actually complaining. In fact, seeing him like this makes him seem oddly adorable, it’s such a breath of fresh air~

Once again today, the two silver-eyed siblings were just chilling in the living room together. Watching some sort of movie that they aren’t seem to be getting into. While Ruby sat on the couch, Shion was on the floor, sitting right between her legs. His rested against one of her knees.

 She couldn’t tell if he was sleeping since he had his back turned towards her, but Ruby reaches up and playfully ruffles his hair.

2. What is the thing they feel the most guilty about?

Engel: I’ve said it multiple times already, but it truly is the thing he feels the most guilt over. Telling Annelie to go home first because he got caught up in school things. No matter what anyone says or tries to convince him of, he can’t forgive himself for that. Because that one action. Telling her to go home first. That one action cost him his little sister.

Ilsa: Driving a further rift between Engel and his parents. While they might not have known what to do with their son as he drove himself headfirst into self-destruction, it was Ilsa’s appearance that alienated them from him for years. It was also her appearance that led to Engel eventual decision to move out to Akounri, thus taking him away from Catrine, his baby sister, and making it so that he could no longer have a hand in helping raise her and watching her grow up.

5. List 3 fears; one “surface level” fear, one “repressed” fear, and one “deep dark” fear.

Engel: Surface level would be Engel’s fear of making friends, a repressed fear would be his fear of trucks at crosswalks, and his deep dark fears are of open spaces and abandonment.

Ilsa: Surface level is Ilsa’s fear of the dark, repressed is her fear of making things worse for Engel, and her deep dark fear is if she one day leaves that Engel will think of it as her abandoning him.

9. What is their greatest physical weakness?

Engel and Ilsa: Since they share the same body, the answer would be the same for both of them. Due to malnutrition and other factors, they have very little by way of actual physical strength. The thinness of their features isn’t from working out or natural genes, but from self-starvation and continued malnutrition, though they’re trying harder now to take better care of their body.

Ilsa though, is prone to anger in Engel’s defence, and on their bad days they can actually be prone to violence. They seem to have impossible strength during those days, when they’re actually angered and pissed off.

But usually they’re actually fairly fragile.

Yonaka can be stubborn when she wants to be. Of course, the stars have to align, she has to prepare several days in advance, mentally, and she has to pep-talk herself up to an hour before the event requiring her to have a backbone, but, she can do it.

... Well, a few moments before she entered SUPER HOT things were a little touch-and-go, but she had a coupon and needed to treat herself, and no amount of people were gonna stop her!

Upon entering the busy soup and sandwich shop, she was directed by a cutesy and apologetic waitress to a table for two, already housing one occupant.
