Oh wow, I guess Darko Dark has officially stopped working with Mattel, and is now exclusively working with MGA. It really makes me wonder if it has to do with:
The layoffs
Mattel's increased use of AI
Regardless, it does feel like the end of an era. Not to say he's been working only with Mattel all these years, but I'm pretty sure it's where he got his start. Darko has made some of the most iconic artwork for Monster High, including all of the amazing Reel Drama posters. It's gonna be a real bummer to no longer see our favorite ghouls in his style (although he may still make some fanart, so I suppose just not an official basis)
