Do you know what happened to darksideoftgecocoamoon account
It’s still around. If you liked her work without reblogging, she likely blocked you and that’s why you can’t see her work anymore. You’d have to ask @cocoamoonmalfoy if she’s willing to give you another chance. Your best bet for that is to reblog some of her work there, and maybe she’ll reconsider. In case she has you blocked there as well, below the cut is a screenshot of how she feels about liking her work without reblogging or commenting using the reply feature.
As an author, I can tell you that it is incredibly discouraging to not get any feedback on your work. Each of us put our souls into our writing, and we share it with readers as a gift. If no one bothers to share any positive feedback on the gift we gave them, it feels like they don’t appreciate it. Or at least they don’t appreciate it enough to show others that they appreciate it. Lack of feedback discourages authors from writing more or posting what they have written. I know several authors who stopped writing permanently due to lack of feedback and interaction with their work. It also prevents circulation. Tumblr doesn’t have an algorithm based on likes, really, unless you actively enable it or seek it out. The only way any post reaches anyone else is if people reblog it. Plenty of authors have chosen to do what Cocoa does and block people who only like their work but never reblog it.
Another reason she may have blocked you is if you interacted with her blog(s) at all but have a blank blog, don’t have your age in your bio and/or pinned post, or if you state that you’re underage. As any sane person does, Cocoa also blocks people who have shitty opinions (if you’re a TERF, anti-feminist, racist, or anything else shitty, and she sees it, she’ll absolutely block you. To be clear, I and everyone I know will do the exact same thing. Not saying you are any of those things, I’m just saying those are reasons she and others may have blocked you).
If any of these reasons sound like you and it’s something you can fix, she may be willing to unblock you if you’re willing to fix it— or she may not, it’s entirely up to her and what’s she’s comfortable with.
Cocoa, sorry for the long-ass post about your fics and blogs, I hope it’s okay that I shared this info for you.
