She's finally done, one of my best creations I think. I love having free will and projecting it onto Fury <3 Stay tuned, I contribute my whole art career to Fury. This may seem like a stretch but I'm very serious about this. I WILL GET BACK INTO THAT KNIVES FURY ART TRUUUST. I'm having zoomies as I'm describing this post.....
(Got lazy with the clothes, I'm going on vacation and needed this done ASAP)
Strife's favourite place to lay his head is on your tummy. He loves the softness and warmth. Ocassionally he'll mimic your stomach noises. A firm knock of your knuckles on the back of his head should get him to quit it. Probably. He might also start to knead at the flesh of your hips like a happy cat. Don't be too surpise if he starts to make some sort of 'purring' sound in his throat.
The sound of your heartbeat and gentle breathing is one of Deaths few, private comforts. Usually when your asleep, he'll take the opportunity to indulge himself and lightly press an ear agains't where your chest protects your heart.
Scared of hurting you, War is the most hesitiant to lay his big head near you're much smaller, delicate frame. If you're going to lay down together, he'd rather have you rest your head on him. However, he does enjoy the intimacy of pressing his forehead gently against yours. He does have to bend down on one knee or sit you up on the counter, both of which you find very amusing. Sweep your fingers delicately across his scar and watch as his shoulders instantly drop.
As for Fury, t'll take awhile to fully gaing her trust before she'll lay down with you, but once you do…
She dives right in between in your boobs. By far her favourite spot. Not got any boobs? That's okay, just watch her teeth… and hands. They have a tendency to wander.
Your hammer tink-tink-tinks away at the metal studs in your armor. The Maker Ulthane does little to assist you. Not out of insult but out of awe. You, as a Human, were quite weak. It was a fact of your very species.
"Ulthane! You said something about enchantments?" It was a question that made the Maker laugh.
He points right at you, an accusatory finger, "You are a relentless!!" He's loud, but you wouldn't have it any other way. "Relentless and foolhardy!" Your eyes roll but your smile remains.
But even if your were but a Human, you had learned to make yourself armor and deigned to learn more from the Makers who kept you safe.
"I keep tellin' you, stop tryin' to fight out there!" Even though he's scolding you, Ulthane takes the strap of metal in his hands and takes a look at your handy-work.
"You know I can't do that," Your voice is sure. Stalwart like a block of stone.
"Aye, but I'll do my damnedest to convince you." He hums in thought as he scrutinizes your work. Then you hear it. The sharp call of your name and the sound of people pointing towards where you were working.
Fury, horseman of the Apocalypse, Last of the Nephilim, and the only woman among three brothers. Her gait is confident, unyielding as others move out of her way. She points at you with a glint in her eyes. "You, beloved."
You grow nervous at her tone, but in the face of one of the four who wouldn't grow a little anxious. "Yes, ma'am?" Regardless, you approach her with a grin. "I see you're back? Are you gonna stay this time or—"
"Unfortunately, no. I will not be lingering. I came to give this." She produces the small square of film with an untold gentleness. At first she was only going to present it to you, but when she catches the peeking eye of Ulthane she plants it squarely into your palm. "This is now yours. I took it on that…Camera of yours. I expect a photo like it in return."
You nod slowly and then turn the picture over.
You have to suppress the hitch in your breath. It's…It's her. A picture of Fury, obviously but—Her fingers, the clawed ends of her gauntlets dig gently into your jaw. "This is private." She whispers. "Show it off and I will—"
"Yeah, don't even worry about that."
There is silence. You, staring wide-eyed and lovingly and Fury, having your chin clutched between her fingers and her eyes narrowed. She lets go of you after a moment, teasing a kiss before stepping away with a chuckle.
"I'm off, lovely, I shall return soon." She walks off and you stare as she leaves…By everything you love that woman.
Ulthane smiles down at you, "What is it?" You shake your head quickly and stuff the photo into your pocket. You'd be sure to put that in your wallet later. "Nothin'—Anyways! How is it? Pretty good right?"
He had to ignore the flush on your face and opted to roll his eyes and nod down at the metal. "It's fine work. I'll reinforce it and maybe I'll teach you a couple of runes to etch—Hey! I said maybe!"
You're too giddy to do anything more than pump your fist in the air.
The ceiling is covered in strung up trinkets and baubles from your journey with the Horsemen. The most notable, of course, being those from your adventures with your lover.
You took out the photo from your pocket and grinned like a fool. It was a picture of Fury in all of her glory. She was bare from the waist up, the Horseman staring into the camera with a sly grin, her armored fingers in her hair, her muscles shown off, and the black markings from her neck to the tapered V-line that you'd gotten to know very well on full display.
She gave you a photo of her topless and had demanded one of you.
You laughed and hugged the photo to your chest.
As you opened your wallet and tucked the photo into the space where you could see it easily you thought , "Gotta get my camera back from Jones."
Darksiders Inktober 2024 Prompt 1: Your Apocalypse Survivor
Cassandra Brecher, or Cassie, is a cheerful and sassy young woman living in Brooklyn and studying at Fordham University in New York. In Before Doomsday AU, Cassie works as a co-worker in the library because she likes to spend time here (read epic fantasy books and study). One day, she goes to the basement on another workday to take old books. She hears that something fell from the bookshelf and decides to check it out. Cassie finds a mysterious book that doesn’t look like a usual book and takes it with the librarian's permission. At Casandra’s campus, she finds a way to open the book (with the key hidden in a bookmark), and when she opens it, the unknown power comes through her body. In her hand, the mark appeared, and it made her feel pain, still having no idea what just happened.
In the main DS universe, Cassie is one of the survivors who survived the apocalypse and hid with Ulthane, other Makers, and survivors. When demons attacked the shelter, she joined with other survivors and jumped through the portal.
(I still don’t know what kind of role in the main story of Darksiders)
