School of Dragons shenanigans

i went back to SoD for the fifth time and im rolaplaying hard, this its mostly everytime i restart the game, complaining cause they keep giving me dragons and idk what to do with all of them

Gorosei!y/n is Nghé's main parent caretaker, since Garling already has 2 sons.

Y/n is... rather reluctant, they never thought they'd be a parent someday, or even wanted a kid. How did Vegapunk even got his hands on their DNA anyway?

Despite having to begrudgingly take care of this... thing (they will constantly call him a 'thing' until he gains consciousness) They're surprisingly attentive, they're very good at it actually. Physically heath as least, Nghé is a healthy baby.

Sometimes y/n talks to Nghé like he's an adult. They occasionally trauma dumps on him knowing that he will remember nothing.

Why don't they just get someone else to be his nanny? They don't know either. Maybe they don't want to be like their negligent family. Maybe they want to prove that they can be a better parent than their own parents, even if they're all dead.

Either way... if they're too busy, Nghé is left with either the Gorosei and Imu, or Garling. Y/n doesn't really want to let Garling look after the kid, in fear of Nghé being influenced by his awful taste in hair.

Nusjuro and Imu adore Nghé.

Despite all that, y/n is still pretty emotionally distant towards their baby thing. So they have no idea how to react when Nghé show them affection.

luckily Kudan really like him :)! It's really protective and gentle towards this particular little thing.

Kudan doesn't often care or pay much attention to mortal beings or childrenor even normal buffalos and calf. But since Nghé carries y/n's DNA, he's essentially Kudan's calf as well.

Kudan forces y/n to make an effort to be nice towards Nghé, or at least not be outright mean to him.
