Murasaki said his minimum was deteriorating his body and mind, so that could probably be the "losing his mind" reason

I dont remember the "deteriorating the mind" part, only the body one, but I think for now its perfectly possible

Well thought out as always and I agree with you. Murasaki seemed very overwhelmed and was not himself at all during the confrontation. His actions were just too reckless.

I agree with you on some points, but I don’t think Murasaki is losing his mind. I think he was stressed by so many things, so he snapped.

hum, I agree he could have snapped, but snapping that results in him doing that to art + talking to himself + the whole thing with the phonecall i wrote so much about is too strong for just ‘normal’ “snapping” and is more like he lost his mind. Hope I am managing to be make my point? ><
