(x) hey, sure! I didn’t saved the file of the second one but I can show you what I did through the third one, since I basically did the same thing :)(under read more I don’t want to spam anyone)

I started by duplicating a layer of the gif into a texture that I resized before into the size of my gif, I just used a simple white texture for it. After that, I cutted him out with the “polygonal lasso tool”, then flattern the image. It looks like this now —> (x)

Now I duplicated this image back into my gif file. Disable it first by clicking on the little eye. I duplicated the image now 10 times.We want this image to move into the moving gif, so i selected the 14. frame of the gif and turned the visibility of the first image back on my clicking on the eye again. (If your gif has more frames than mine (mine had 37) then you can also start this on frame 20./25. etc)With the move tool and the arrow keys I moved the image so that I can only see a little from it. On frame 15. I took the first dumplicated image and moved it a little more than the first one and so on. —> (Screenshot 1) (Screenshot 2)

Try to move it evenly. In my case I was finished on layer 24. and all layers after that also have the image turned on. On this layers I placed the ballons and stars and so on. This are gifs you can download in “gif packs”, you can find a lot of them —-> here.You open those packs on photoshop, resize them, set the time delay and colour them to your liking. Sometimes those gifs only have for example 3 frames, so you just select them all and duplicate them as much as you need (In my case I needed 14). When you have them all seleced, copy the frames. (You do that by clicking on the arrow on your animation box), then you go to your gif, have the frames selected (in my case still frame 24 to 37) paste the frames over them (click on the arrow—>paste frames—>paste over selection) After that I coloured the gifs, (just make sure the colouring is under the gif files) and sharpened it as usual.And that’s it! to ty organizowałaś tę akcję z kolejką przed kinem w sobotę? podziwiam, bo pewnie dużo roboty było ogółem

pomysł kolejki był mój od początku, według tego zostały zorganizowane kolejki po zerówki w czwartek i w piątek, przy czym ja nadzorowałam osobiście w piątek pod Baranami i w sobotę pod kinem :) a oprócz tego ogarniałam ludzi pod Baranami wczoraj, chodziłam patrolować pod hotelem itd... generalnie prawie zero snu, maksimum stresu i totalnie zdarte gardło przez ostatnie 3 dni. ale warto było :) szkoda tylko, że wczoraj dwa razy był taki niefajny szał :/
