I was commissioned by Drift Sea Change Festival to produce two site maps to show where the stages will be on the Dartington and Totnes sites. This was a very fun project particularly working on the little cartouches and details.

Black urushi sycamore katakuchi /pouring bowl. The black is made by adding ground carbon from scorched pine with urushi, rice glue and tonoko (ground stone powder). It's all natural and completely waterproof (or saki Proof) The background is the ship studio the building we are in at Wonderland. It is called the ship because there is pictures of ship scratched into the wall believed to date from medieval times.
