Daesysn guy here. I gotta preface this with saying I'm not a system; my experiences/knowledge comes from plural friends and my partner whos plural so Im not the most knowledgeable on the topic.

That being said, when I started Lemuria the entire time I was half joking with my friend like "So are we a system now cause we just have a guy who lives in our head that no one else can see" but as it went on I honestly feel like its a kinda valid interpretation on the character. The Nothing/Dasein is an entity that was born FROM the Wizard and only manifests a physical form after you watch the Old One get murdered. Your Wizard is hardly locked in through the whole of Karamelle, constantly spaced out and distracted after a peace treaty just got turned into a murder mystery where youre the biggest perpretrator- one could argue the quakes and holes in space is a manifestation of a split taking form. Hell, he even initially takes on a similar title as your Wizard at the end of the world, being the Abbarant Paradox while youre the Divine Paradox.

You could also argue the entirety of Novus is one's headspace given physical form- Daesin being able to manipulate it as the player guides him through what They think is the correct option throughout every conflict. Hell, initially its only the player who has the ability to communicate and go into Daesin's spaces before you bring in the other outsiders which could strengthen that connection more. Then there's Wallaru which is literally a dream world. Whole point of Wallaru is to go through yours and Daesin's heads to convince him that he's as much of a person deserving of love, life and identity as you are. Arc 4 is a culmination of that trauma that comes with being a paradox in a world youve had to save 3 times now from increasingly higher powers and how that affects the psyche, send post.

Sorry for the long ahh ramble, I dunno if I even make full sense with this but its a concept that I think of everyso often and would love to see others in the fandom expand upon it- esp those who actually have the personal experience to add on lol.

TikTok Gonch??

Guys I’m pretty sure tiktok has started their own Goncharov? There’s videos going round right now about a book called “A Fractured’s Tale”by an author called S R Rosenthal. It’s a bit unclear what the book is about, some videos give it a more generic fantasy aesthetic, while I’ve seen some talking about a character called Dasein who haunts a sort of meta narrative. The main female protagonist is named Roselyn Liebtrunk.

A lot of the videos are tagged “conspiracy theory” or “lost media”, but I can’t find anything online about this except for on tiktok and pinterest
