It didn’t help, of course, that Jenna felt kind of awkward about the whole thing. She was more of a sleeper-cell flirter. She knew a guy for a while and once she was comfortable she pulled the moves, once she knew the kind of guy he was. Eli, however... she took a deep breath, turning to him.

Jenna was reaching the vibe section of the night where her boredom was strong, and having decided against booze, her distractions were few. It was only when she noticed one of her newer, but undeniably dear, friends lingering by the wall, did she know exactly how she was going to occupy herself.
