They take a seat at one of the tables, again, Eric sitting to Taric’s left…
Eric- “Taric, I have really enjoyed myself tonight. I am glad we decided to come here. It has been like having the place all to ourselves. I sometimes get a little tense when there are a lot of people around anyway. So, you want another drink?
Taric- “Naw, I’m good. I really don’t drink too much. Being a bartender, I am around it enough to see what happens when you over-indulge! LOL”
Eric- “Yes, I bet you do! So, what are you looking for in a man, Taric?”
Taric- “Someone that respects me, and themselves, I suppose. That is the most important part of any relationship. Respect for the other person, and for the relationship.”
Eric- “So you would be looking for a monogamous relationship then?”
Taric- “Personally for me, yes. I know some couples that have an open relationship and it works for them. I am just not sure I could do that.”
Eric- “Well, in this day and time, in the gay community, I have seen more and more of that. But, I agree, for myself I would prefer the one on one. Again, like you said respect. So, how about kids?”
Taric- “Not really a kid person, myself. A lot of work! You know, you raised your brother. Being a parent is a tough job. But who knows, things may change in the future.

Eric- “So what would you like to drink, my treat. I need to use this new credit card to earn some air mile points!”
Taric- “Oh...okay. How about a Flaming Zesty Salt.”
Eric- “Bartender, two Flaming Zesty Salts please.... So Taric, do you mind switching me seats, I prefer to sit on your left...Sorry just a habit of mine.”
They switched seats, and then they get their drinks and make small talk, Taric tells him about his job, and a little about his family.
Eric - “So what do you say, want to hit the dance floor?”
Taric- “Sure, let’s...it seems the crowd is starting to come in now.”
Eric- “There is a rooftop dance floor, we can go up there and see the city at the same time! I need to stop off in the men’s room and wash my hands, I will meet you up there!”
Eric heads to the bathroom, and Taric ventures upstairs to the roof top dance floor.

They dance for awhile, both really seem to be enjoying the empty dance floor. Eric always maintained his position left of Taric.
Eric- “It’s just a habit....”

Eric- “What’s that he asks..... (says this looking back as if he is talking into a camera)
“Well before we can be a couple, I have to see how good of a kisser you are...because if your are a “slobberer” it’s all over...
With that he pulls Taric to him and kisses him....tongue and all!!
Apparently Taric passed the kiss test, as they left the club, Eric said he would be waiting on a call for a second date....and a third, and a fourth.....They were in Eric’s words...“meant to be!”

Eric- “Okay then, I think we have learnt enough about each other...this has been very enlightening. And a lot of fun. I have really enjoyed our first date of many, Taric Esposito! We agree on almost everything! I think this is kismet, fate. Just one little thing.....
Taric- “What’s that?

Eric- “Phew....I haven’t danced in quite a while....how about a hug!?”
Taric- “Sure...”
Taric could feel his heart pounding as he hugged him.
Taric- “You okay? You seem a bit winded.”
Eric- “Yeah, just enjoying myself so much, It felt really good to just let loose and dance. I haven’t done that in a while. Let’s get a table, looks like some people are finally making their way up here.”
